Strategies & Goal

Lanyang Campus upholds the ideal to offer internationalized education and expects itself to be a featured tertiary education campus in Taiwan and to enjoy and advantage in internationalized tertiary education. Up to date, international students from over 27 countries has been admitted to Lanyang Campus and has been undergoing their tertiary education and life here. Every year around 180 students of Lanyang Campus study abroad for a year and afterwards they are assigned to do internships overseas. With such a goal in mind, Lanyang Campus aims to be a prestigious tertiary education college and to cultivate globally competitive personnel.

The strategies that Lanyang Campus embarks on three main developmental strategies:

• To offer whole-English courses to connect students with their junior year abroad and to develop in them their global competitiveness,
• To develop and offer multi-dimensional and multi-cultural education by bringing the junior year abroad program to its excellence and by demanding students to take professional courses at sister universities.
• To develop and offer character education through the ideal of residential college so as to cultivate personnel with global vision and character for the future.
