1. Please report a loss before re-apply the student card. 
(The process of reporting a loss )The first step, please sign in the Tamkang University Single Sign on (SSO) and enter reporting a loss and refounding system. The second step, please click reporting a loss, then you will finish the process of reporting a loss.

2.After you finish the process of reporting a loss, please go to CL312 and write the table of reapplying student card. Then after 7 work-days, please go to the CL312 to receive your student card with “your original valid certificate” such as passport, insurance card(have photo one), driver license or Resident certificate for the Taiwan area and “student receipt”.
