建轩、文苑宿舍110学年度第2学期住宿生宿舍进住须知
Instructions for entering the dormitory for the second semester of the 109-academic year in Jianxuan and Wenyuan dormitories.

1.对象:兰阳校园住宿生(请先完成住宿费缴纳)
Targets: Lanyang campus boarding students. (Please complete the accommodation fee payment first)

2.时间:111年2月19、20日9时至17时(逾时不候)
Time: 9:00 to 17:00 on February 19 and 20, 2022 (Please complete the procedure within the time limit)

3.地点:
文苑宿舍请至CL502会议室外侧走廊进行住宿费缴费查验后办理进住报到。
建轩宿舍请至CL506会议室进行住宿费缴费查验后办理进住报到。
Location:
(A) For Wenyuan dormitory: please go to CL502 meeting room to check the accommodation fee and check-in.
(B) For Jianxuan dormitory: please go to CL506 meeting room to check the accommodation fee and check-in.

4.报到流程:
A、进大门时所有人车均需配戴口罩与体温量测，若体温超过37.5度则拒绝进入校园。
B、车辆依序进入宿舍B1停车场，人员、行李卸载后，随即驶离B1停车场，放置于户外大阶梯停车场。
C、女生(文苑宿舍)前往CL502会议室报到处所完成报到后，再搬运行李进入宿舍寝室。
D、男生(建轩宿舍) 前往CL506会议室报到处所完成报到后，再搬运行李进入宿舍寝室。

Check-in process
A. When entering the University entrance, everyone in the car must wear a mask and take a temperature measurement. If the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, they will refuse to enter the campus.
B. The vehicles enter the B1 parking lot of the dormitory in sequence. After unloading the personal belongings, they should leave the B1 parking lot and be placed in the outdoor large terrace parking lot.
C. The female (Wenyuan dormitory) goes to the CL502 meeting room to complete the registration, then carries the personal belongings into the dormitory room.
D. The male (Jianxuan dormitory) goes to the CL506 conference room to complete the registration, then carries the personal belongings into the dormitory room.
