建軒、文苑宿舍110學年度第2學期住宿生宿舍進住須知
Instructions for entering the dormitory for the second semester of the 109-academic year in Jianxuan and Wenyuan dormitories.

1.對象:蘭陽校園住宿生(請先完成住宿費繳納)
Targets: Lanyang campus boarding students. (Please complete the accommodation fee payment first)

2.時間:111年2月19、20日9時至17時(逾時不候)
Time: 9:00 to 17:00 on February 19 and 20, 2022 (Please complete the procedure within the time limit)

3.地點:
文苑宿舍請至CL502會議室外側走廊進行住宿費繳費查驗後辦理進住報到。
建軒宿舍請至CL506會議室進行住宿費繳費查驗後辦理進住報到。
Location:
(A) For Wenyuan dormitory: please go to CL502 meeting room to check the accommodation fee and check-in.
(B) For Jianxuan dormitory: please go to CL506 meeting room to check the accommodation fee and check-in.

4.報到流程:
A、進大門時所有人車均需配戴口罩與體溫量測，若體溫超過37.5度則拒絕進入校園。
B、車輛依序進入宿舍B1停車場，人員、行李卸載後，隨即駛離B1停車場，放置於戶外大階梯停車場。
C、女生(文苑宿舍)前往CL502會議室報到處所完成報到後，再搬運行李進入宿舍寢室。
D、男生(建軒宿舍) 前往CL506會議室報到處所完成報到後，再搬運行李進入宿舍寢室。

Check-in process
A. When entering the University entrance, everyone in the car must wear a mask and take a temperature measurement. If the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, they will refuse to enter the campus.
B. The vehicles enter the B1 parking lot of the dormitory in sequence. After unloading the personal belongings, they should leave the B1 parking lot and be placed in the outdoor large terrace parking lot.
C. The female (Wenyuan dormitory) goes to the CL502 meeting room to complete the registration, then carries the personal belongings into the dormitory room.
D. The male (Jianxuan dormitory) goes to the CL506 conference room to complete the registration, then carries the personal belongings into the dormitory room.
